The aim of the game is to select players - from amongst the top professional tennis players participating in the tournament on IFT – who can score the most for you
As explained in detail below, players that you select in your fantasy team score points for you based on their performance in real matches. As the game progresses, you accumulate more and more points. The teams that win the most points stand to win fabulous prizes!

Team Management:
This is where you get to select a team of your choice. You will see the complete list of players participating in eligible matches. From this list you can choose players that you think will perform the best.
Each of them will readily become a part of your team but they come at a price. To begin with you are provided a credit pool from which to buy your team. The cost of each player has been determined by our panel of experts.
Whenever you take on a player in your team, the amount you pay for them gets reduced from your credit pool. When you remove a player from your list the cost gets credited back. But the points they scored for you stay with you!
The players who are eliminated from the tournament become inactive in the player list – so the choices narrow as we draw closer to the end of the tournament.
If you choose players who play both in the doubles and singles competition – they score more for you. And they’ll obviously be dearer! You don’t have to have two different teams for singles and doubles competition – but the more matches your chosen ones play, the more you tend to score (for scoring rules see the section on scoring)!
Remember, Indian Fantasy Tennis 2008 game is played on a daily basis. So to maximize your points, make sure you log in everyday and select a team according to the matches of the day – and save your changes and submit the team at least an hour before the start of the first match of the day.
For Fantasy Masters Series 2008, you are required to select a pool of 4 players from amongst the 16 female and 24 male participants. The initial credit pool given to you will be 300.

But, remember, once you have registered on IFT and created a team, for all subsequent Match Days that you miss, no bonus will be awarded to you. So make sure you participate in the full tour and not just a tournament to win the Overall Grand Prizes.
Winning:
Winners on Indian Fantasy Tennis will be adjudged on the following basis:
The teams with the maximum points at the end of the game will be declared winners.

-
In case there is a tie on both the above criteria, the team that has been created earlier will be declared winner.
-
In the unlikely event of a tie in all the above three, the winner will be declared by our panel of experts. Note that the decision of the panel will be binding.
